The staff members are very nice, helpful and polite. Their Chinese Valentine’s Day activity is very impressive, distributing a balloon rose and freebies of Haagen dazs to the guests. Flexible check in and checkout times… which is a very nice arrangement to the guests. The gym room and swimming pools are fantastic. Delicious Chinese dim sum at the Chinese Restaurant.

We have been on family vacation with our kids and stayed there 5 nights. The hotel and the staff were quite nice, extraordinary helpful and service orientated. We enjoyed our apartment and the cleanliness very much! Overall an awesome location with two nice pools and a great gym and spa area :) Room for improvement in the apartment is only a missing wardrobe/coat rack and some extra drawers. We will return :)

The hotel accommodations were good as always, I stayed here many times, only thing I have to say is the food, specially lunch or dinner buffet, quality was not as good as before, deserts have no flavor, somehow they should improve this. thanks.

公寓住了一夜，隔壁的大家庭好像来休养了，但是分了大房间，隔音处理不太好，晚上12点之前很难睡觉。 公寓方面，如果是小家庭旅行，最好不要去。 有普尔曼的形象。 除此之外，早餐和室内室外游泳池及庭院都可以好用
