Best hotel in Gaylord!! Front desk was so helpful and gave us plenty of good restaurants to visit in the area. Can’t wait to come back for my honeymoon with my wife!

A Rough Exterior but Newly Renovated Inside

This hotel is in the process of updating and renovating its rooms but the room we had was very nice, clean and comfortable. The man working there was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel is also located close to much of what there is to see in town.

The motel had a fire; caution tape was still in the parking lot. Manager was not helpful. DID NOT STAY!

Property outside room was very icy and VERY slippery to walk on. Room was fairly clean but furnishings in disrepair, tape on multiple lampshades, moldy caulk on bathroom window, trash behind nightstand. Was a quiet night and room was warm for a decent night sleep. Breakfast was not anything to be excited about so we went elsewhere. All in all it was a room with a bed that served its purpose and the price was good.

My towels were dirty. Floor's weren't swept. I reserved king bed. When I checked on told me it would be a queen size, got to the room it was a double. Worst place I've ever said.

Disappointing 2 day vacay .

I noticed there was a lot of black flie's , little one's big one's . No matter what how many i killed , There were always more . I got absolutely no sleep , They were crawling on me and buzzing around my face and ears . I woke up with bite mark's on my face , arm's , leggs .

I reserved a king bed, got there was told only queen size. I said fine. Got to the room full size bed. Had no rooms available and wouldn't refund my trip so I stayed one night. No toilet paper on room, called desk no answer. Floor dirty and last dirty towels in my room. They are the worst motel I've ever stayed in.

My room was along a busy room and I didn’t care for that. I could’ve changed that but I was too tired to bother. The air conditioner fan took care of the noise. No hairdryer and the floor could of been cleaned better. I saw a few spots on the upper wall that I thought was bedbug signs but I didn’t see any. I can’t complain for the price.

This was a horrible place to stay . When I checked in I informed the people at the front desk that my family was coming to my to visit . Once arrived my family and I went to go eat . My sister n law stayed at the room as she wasn’t feeling well. She called us crying saying the owners told her she had to leave . We came back to room so I could talk to management/ owners. The man was rude, impossible, ands said I couldn’t have visitors at hotel. We packed up our things and left . They still charged my card!!!! After not staying there. Mean while I witnessed drug deals And prostitution!!

Good for the price.

The room I was in was nicely renovated and spotless (room 54). The bed was very comfortable, there was a lighted mirror in the bathroom for makeup. There was a refrigerator and microwave and a large TV. The exterior of the property looks run down but I think they are slowly doing renovations. I don't know if they have long term residents there or not, one of the upstairs windows had a "F Biden" flag on it which made me uncomfortable. The owners are not native English speakers so there is a little bit of a language barrier. The lobby is not air conditioned, I did smell curry in the lobby only when checking in at night, but that smell does not bother me. Their breakfast options were cereal, oranges, honey buns, and coffee. The price was reasonable.

Big clean room.

Very large room. A king bed and a queen bed. Recent upgrades include new flooring. Bed was comfy. Exterior is okay. Only one packet of coffee in room, but I could have asked for more I suppose. Exterior stairs going up need paint. Exterior door to entry way and door to room nee to be replaced. Humid area hard on wood and steel apparently. More lighting in the room would be good. Very dim. Satisfied with the accommodations. Linen was stained, but I suppose you can't afford to replace towels and king size sheets every time some inconsiderate guest wipes there shoes on your towels or throws their asphalt stained shirt on your sheets. Everything was pretty clean.

1/2 of the property was roped off in police tape, abandoned. They have ONE room that matches this picture - the rest of the motel is NOT like this.

You can't judge a book by its cover at this motel. Outside is not appealing, the room was surprisingly quite nice. I think/hope they're still working on it. There is no place to hang a coat/hat and there is no towel rack. Other than those minor inconveniences it was a nice place to stay the night. The lady at the counter did not speak English as a first language but she was not frustrated by repeating herself and she was pleasant the entire time.

A very basic but economical motel that was fine for an overnight stay after skiing at Boyne mountain . No frills and didn’t provide breakfast as stated in description.

When we checked in, the manager could not find our reservation. After clearing that up, he put us in the first room which smelled like a marijuana grow house, the bedsheets were filthy, no toilet paper or towels. We got moved to another room which was beyond filthy! I had to clean the Toilet/Sink. The faucets in the shower were falling out of the wall and very flimsy. The floor of the entire room was a mess! The towels were dirty, the toilet was plugged, the shower curtain was barley hanging on. I had to disinfect the bedside nightstand. It was sticky, with residue all over it. They could not pay me to stay here again.

Like the remodel, inside the room it needed new exterior door and screen , there was no ice machine nor was there was no glasses in the room , floor lamp needed to be repaired or new one in its place , remodeling noises where pass a reasonable hour .
