I stayed in a suite and the layout was great, very big and spacious. However, the carpet was INSANELY dirty, there were holes on many of the walls, the blankets had stains, the shower made a very loud noise when used, and the tv was almost useless.

The room decor is outdated but very clean. The staff were friendly and efficient. The area around the hotel is okay. I was a little put off my the signes regarding theif and loss of vehicle or belongs but luckilyall went well.

The building itself was retro. Which was cool with us. The room was huge! And bed was comfy. On the other hand, 1/2 our lights didn’t work, the bathroom faucet was barely attached, light switches didn’t work on the walls, no way to turn on the fan on the balcony, and pool was closed bc it was broken. Kinda broke our heart on that as we were visiting our grand baby and kids this time.

Great place, super customer service!

We came from Prescott, AZ for a family emergency. Check-in was smooth, the staff was very friendly. My only complaint is the carpeting needs to be replaced and their plumber must have done the plumbing in the dark. Knobs on sink we’re not installed properly and the toilet didn’t flush properly. The Suite was very nice, the maids made the room up very quickly. Everyone from the staff were very friendly and helpful! I would still give an overall rating of 8.5! If we ever have to return to Fresno we will plan to stay here!😁
