I understand that there was a winter storm however the hotel was cold. There was no shuttle. I selected the hotel because it had a shuttle and they wouldn’t run the shuttle.The room was dirty. The staff at the restaurant was very good. I do appreciate that they changed my checkout time however I couldn’t stay at the hotel because it was so cold.

I like always love Embassy’s breakfast buffet!! No one does a buffet like them that includes real breakfast: eggs, omelet, pancakes, sausage, etc. definitely makes the thought to stay there more of a choice to consider. Love Embassy!

Room seemed clean, but had an odor. Staff seemed nice. Air conditioning probably need some maintenance, didn’t cool down to the temperature that was set. Breakfast was great. Really disappointed in the pool/hot tub. The hot tub did not work, couldn’t get over 70. The indoor pool was very cold.

The lobby was gorgeous. Nicest indoor pool area I’ve seen, but the water was freezing and the hot tub wasn’t hot. It was a bummer because the kids were looking forward to swimming and I was looking forward to the hot tub. The fitness room was a great size. Could have benefitted from a few more lower weight ranges in dumbbells and a yoga mat, but was honestly one of the better hotel fitness rooms I’ve been in. Our room was a great size, but the bathroom was rather tight and not in the best condition. Breakfast options were great, and quality was on par with most hotel breakfasts. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the opportunity to use our drink tickets due to the time frame.

staff was very helpful and attentive, upkeep could be redone, some of the finishes looked very dated and rusty. water was leaking in from slide door when raining other than that everything was fine.
