The hot tub was not working, the entire pool facility smelled like sewage, to the point it I felt sick just walking in there. The room, in the bathroom the ceiling was caving in, the walls around the shower were falling off from water damage.

Close to the airport, but not a basic hotel, Was pleasantly surprised to see a view from the glass elevators, very nice and thought out first floor area for relaxing, drinks, food etc, Restaurant had great food The property feels older, rooms are dark, but comfortable. Would stay again

FREE WIFI

Overall comfortable and very nice atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff. One huge minus for us - free WIFI access sucks! Difficult to access and log on it took multiple attempts with help from front desk.

Had a great time at Embassy Suite South @ DFW Airport. The breakfast is excellent, staff was great. Rooms were spacious but could be upgraded.

Horrible experience. Key maker didn’t work so the only way to re-enter the room during our stay was to have someone that worked there go with us and unlock the door. Furniture was dingy and sticky feeling. There were brown stains on the ceiling. The paneling was peeling from the bathroom door. Only one ice maker worked in the whole hotel. The outlets didn’t have covers. The drawer on the nightstand wouldn’t stay closed. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Outdated Hotel

The hotel is way out dated and in our room, things were torn and broken. We ended up getting charged our security fee for something we did not do.

The bathroon door was mIssing the lower 1/4th. There were signs of water damage on the doors. The carpet was dirty. I have stayed at other Embassy Suites before, but by far this is the worst of all. I am not sure why they are still letting this place run under this name.

The property looks like a contruction zone. Outdated! Nothing like the pictures!! Dissatisfied! Staff was nice. Manager was nice but seriously try hotel next door would’ve been better!! Not up to expectations and the pictures before booking are not accurate. The Roach in the hallway stated their for 2 days straight which further let me know it was not being cleaned daily as they say. Breakfast was the best thing they had!! Please do better with cleanliness of rooms , hallways and bathrooms!! Very glad we stayed gone our whole 3 day visit. Really expected better.
