great property, exactly like what the pictures advertised. Staff went above and beyond with services, even went out to buy stuff for me when needed.

Nice looking hotel with some charm, although a little dated and this photos on the website are not exactly as portrayed, however still good.Some of the facilities were a little dated and worn and a coat of paint would add some former charm

Charming property, comfortable and good price.
Everything was great about this hotel. Particularly the cost/quality ratio was surprising (in a good way). I would definitely recommend this hotel and will book again on my next stay in DaLat.

Everything is prefect👍. The breakfast is good. The front desk give a very good service. My motorbike was broke down and they immediately send another motorbike to us. Great job.

Good Hotel in Da Lat
very nice hotel with lovely garden and coffee house (not expensive). Big and clean rooms. Need a short Taxi ride to city Center. Very good and helpful front desk service. Rooms facing the street is suffering from the traffic noise.

ホテルのスタッフの方たちがとても優しくて居心地の良いホテルでした。受付の方2人は、毎日ツアーの予約やその他のお願いをしていたけど、感じよく対応してくれて、レストランの従業員の方たちも気が利いてすごく良かったです。朝食も毎日メニューが変わり、豊富で楽しめました。 初め、ホテルの周りはあまりお店もない感じでロケーションはあまり良くないかと思ったのですが、市の中心まで歩いて行けるし、部屋も1人には十分なぐらいの広さでした。

Very nice stay in a very nice hotel
We stayed 7 nights at this hotel and we enjoyed our stay. The rom was big with a comfortable bed. The hotel is very clean, our room was done daily with change of sheets and towels. The included buffet breakfast was delicious and with many different vietnamise diches to choose from including eggs cooked to your taste. Our room had a beautiful view on the mountains. We also had a small balcony. The hotel has an old french style. The breakfast rom overloks a very nice garden with 4 bungallows in the garden. Many many flowers. The garden is absolutely fantastic for taking pictures. The bathroom was spacious but a smal issue as the italian style shower is on the bathtub with no curtain so you have to be cautious not to wet the floor. The staff was very helpful. They reserved bus tickets for us, called taxis, advised us on special sites to visit. The manager speaks very good english and is very friendly and helpful. The location is about 1km from the downtown area, very walkable. Most attractions are within 1 to 5km. The hotel has free bycicle usage. All in all, we would go back if we return to Da Lat.

Hotel with beautiful rose theme
From the rose garden to little things such as cushions, lobby mural to dining, the hotel consistently followed its romantic theme of roses. I had an unforgettable stay there — the staff especially those at the breakfast hall, the good selection of breakfast items, the lovely room with a balcony are among the things that suck in my memory. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Niet alledaags geweldig verblijf
Bij aankomst viel het mooi verlichte pand op. De receptie had de juiste info en was zeer vriendelijk. De kamer was groot en mooi ingericht. Wij hebben de volgende ochtend een dagtrip geboekt. Hoewel we later betrokken en in de hal misten wachten, was de dag magnifiek rondom Dalat. In de ochtend was het ontbijt goed, je kon bestellen uit 9 menu keuzes. Dit hotel was een ideale bestemming voor ons.

Beautiful hotel, service is ok
Hotel is quite beautiful. Breakfast is ok but not many options. I require for the room with window but not full fill. I pay for the late check-out @ 4pm however it is too noisy from the corridor by others guests that I can't sleep at all. I had to inform front desk twice to handle with this issue. The service is ok in general

A very pleasant hotel. All of staff very eager to please, and keen to practice their English.As with many smaller hotels in Vietnam, they don’t really yet understand western visitors’s breakfast habits. Particularly serving Luke warm coffee with condensed milk. Hotel location is a bit out of town and road a little noisy, but it was fine and very good value for money.

quiet and comportable hotel
It was clean & comportable place to stay at night. close to the Dalat market & several famous place to go. bathroom is small, but this was good for stay with family.(room size is ok, beds are enough)

Ko hài lòng với cô tiếp tân khi mình đang tắm mà nhân viên phục vụ phòng để lộn cả 2 chai sữa tắm. chồng mình ra phản hồi thì bảo sáng mai mới đổi dc. khiến mình phải chịu lạnh co ro trong nhà tắm đợi chồng đi bộ kiếm chỗ mua dầu gội. Khách sạn sạch sẽ chỉ có đều ko cách âm tốt. đóng cửa vẫn nghe tiếng bước chân tiếng người nói tiếng xe chạy ngoài đường.
