The Comfort Suites I booked on Expedia in January 2025 does not exist any longer. I found this out when I arrived to check-in on Aug. 19, 2025. The Comfort Suites closed a month ago and was replaced with another hotel brand. No one informed me of this closure, neither Expedia or Comfort Suites. This is extremely poor customer service, and as a result, I will not be using Expedia again.

Great choice

Renovated rooms are excellent. Breakfast is good. Great experience staying with family. Only problem is that the airport shuttle service is not reachable when needed, has to make own transport arrangement from airport to hotel.

Overall fine. A few issues. The toilet ran constantly, bathtub needed a proper caulking, elevator didnt work. But all else was fine. Pool was good. Breakfast was awesome. I would come again.

A Useful Place In a Difficult Situation

I very much appreciated the opportunity to stay. Arriving in the middle of the night was no fun. But this was a viable solution. It was a pity there was no shuttle to the hotel at that time.

It was an ok stay but the bathtub was very gross and the toilet seat would not stay up. The hospitality was great!

Booked a Jacuzzi suite for 2 nights got to the property to be told by Heather they had given our room away due to a mix up with Expedia we had to stay in a queen room. they were remodeling the lobby , had no contential breakfast , drywall dust everywhere , we spoke to Robert the next morning and we got our correct room the second day but we paid extra for a suite to relax and got kinda jipped

DO NOT STAY HERE! Read reviews from April-May 2025. The hotel is under construction and they have NO STAFF. I was put in a room that was dirty and unsafe. I had to make my own sofa bed on a mattress that should have been in the trash! DO NOT STAY HERE! I even filed a claim with insurance because I checked out of pre paid next 5 nights and had to book a new set of rooms in other hotels.

If you are looking for a place to stay near the airport, I suggest choosing another option. The room itself was fine, but I was disappointed in the service. I was told the airport shuttle runs every thirty minutes and that breakfast would be available in the morning. Neither of these things were true. The shuttle did not come and no one was at the front desk. I had to call the hotel to access a staff member who treated me like an inconvenience. And I never got breakfast.
