Clean room and facilities but I would say shared bathrooms should be cleaned more often.
We stayed on the third floor, no elevator, so a bit hard if you have heavy bags. My other problem was the ladies toilet and bath was on the second floor. A bit inconvenient.
Staff very accomodating, helped us with our bags. Referred us to a private car and driver for our trip to Doi Inthanon.
I would highly recommend Once More Hostel.
