It was suitable for what we needed, an overnight stay while traveling. Breakfast was the most disappointing part. Stale breads, very salty eggs, few drink options (coffee and juice from a half gallon carton). We towed a trailer and there was sufficient open parking to stay within the lot. The other option offered was street parking. Quiet street, but not what we would have wanted. Not likely to revisit this location, in spite of the reasonable price.

Looked & felt dirty, old wet towel in bathroom. Only one wash cloth. Shower & toilet area dirty. Staff was able to get us a ground floor, outside door, we brought our bikes off the car in over night

We had a great stay. The only trouble was the tv remote wouldn’t work-looks like someone spilled something on it. I tried to tell the front desk but no one was there this morning when we checked out. Breakfast was good, thanks!

Good Stay

I reserved this place through a discount site and wasn't disappointed. It was north of Charlotte so I didn't have much of a rush hour to contend with. The WiFi and cable were good and the bed was comfortable. The room had an iron and board and coffee. Good stay.

Room was not exactly clean, walked over candies, a prior customer’s chicken was in the refrigerator, breakfast area was very very small, unkept and the food not good, Sunday we did not even attempt to have breakfast at the hotel The receptionists were smiling and had a great customer service attitude

The property overall was dirty. The room was dirty and items in complete disrepair. The mattresses were extremely cheap and wiggly. Upside, front desk staff was nice and accommodating. Just a bad, old property.

Overall a good deal

The staff was wonderful from check in to check out. The bed was extremely comfortable. The carpet was filthy. Breakfast was OK. Waffle maker, broken and juice machine broken. The staff mentioned that it had been broken for quite some time. I stayed in the same hotel five years ago. I would stay here again. The price is right.

Convenient location. Room was comfortable and clean with all the standard facilities. Area felt safe/secure. Service could be improved. Breakfast was hugely disappointing. The juice/water machine was out of order, replaced by a jug of juice that needed to be filled up by staff. This limited the options for grabbing a drink in the morning. It also wasn't clear how you were supposed to fill kettle for items such as instant porridge with the drinks machine being out of order. Guests are only permitted to take one refrigerated item for breakfast i.e. a yoghurt however during our stay many were past their use by date (3-4 days over) indicating that staff have not checked the items prior to breakfast being 'opened'. Staff at front desk in morning were slow to respond and not very helpful in answering basic questions. I expected more from a Quality Inn. Having said that, the location is good and there is an nice Mexican restaurant opposite.
