Our stay in perlis..

It was our first visit to this property as well as locality. Definitely it will be our last too. They have allocated Two adjoining rooms with four single beds. Rooms were dirty and bathrooms really bad. One mirror in a room was broken. The door of room 101 was faulty and jammed my son's hand. His thumb is still being treated. We had two days booked and paid for. We couldn't take it more than one night and decided to leave. The manager refused to refund the cost already paid. If Hotel. com could facilitate the refund it would be greatly appreciated as it will compensate partly our miserable family experience. The Wi-Fi is only around the reception area and only a weak signal in the rooms. So the original advertisement is inaccurate. Our sons spent long hours into the night in the reception area and saw many cockroaches and rats in that area. Shows a health hazard.

Some minor issues but satisfactory

The place is nice and clean. Staff are friendly. Facilities looks new... however our beds/mattress are sloping in the middle seeming worn out and the water supply though initially is fine but tend to become low in volume.
