"Clean"

"The hotel was clean and well staffed. Breakfast was decent, although nothing too special. Great location, walkable from the nearest subway station and close to the west lake. The atmosphere was catered more towards younger adults and couples."

"I don't think this is 5 start hotel: 1) the property facilities are old, for example, the glass-door of shower room cannot prevent shower water leak to bathroom, always. 2) the swimming pool in basement is dark and dirty, with very bad smell, I didn't use but looked around. "Hotel is very clean. They offered free Peet’s coffee made by barista- each room gets a certain number of tickets based on number of days booked. There are a lot of malls and food options around, all walkable distance. The place is about 5-10 minute walk from Wulin night market and 10 minute walk to west lake. "

"It’s clean, facilities and amenities are modern and advance, although not state of the art yet. Staff are friendly. Had difficulty getting to the hotel from the airport as the taxi driver has not heard about the hotel and we spent almost half an hour looking up the directions for him. We could not find any contact number to call the hotel from the website. There’s a wide variety of cafes and eateries, however, most of them only opens at 10am. We could only find 3 open before 10am"

It was somewhat humid, though not hot. The room was overall just slightly less clean than the other one on a different floor. I thought that was odd for its inconsistency in experience."

"Property is clean. Located in front of a big mall and alot of dining options at the hotel and around the hotel. Crowne Plaza Hotels are a hit or huge miss. This one was one of the more decent ones. Buffet is good but room service was not good. Staff are nice. But the most important thing to me is whether the rooms are clean. The rooms are clean here.
