"龍井の山にあるセンスのよいホテルです。 周辺の環境は山以外何もないですが、静かでよいです。1.5kmほど下に降りると、レストランやカフェなどがある集落があります。 スタッフは皆感じがよく、宿泊客との距離感もほどよく、チェックインからチェックアウトまで、何もかもがスムーズでした。 清掃も行き届いており、素早く、丁寧でした。 三食提供される食事は可もなく不可もなく普通でした。部屋に無料のミニバーがあり、充実していました。 家よりも落ち着くホテルでした。 また再訪したいと思います。"

"Staff is very hospitable and friendly.. The young lady helped with our transfer to Hengdian which was out of the distance. The breakfast provided was good too. It is also within walking distance of Xihu, Leifeng Pagoda and the Hangzhou Zoo."

"We enjoyed our stay here. But you need to know this isn’t a big hotel. It’s like a house been broken up into little rooms with ensuites. Room are small but did the trick. Breakfast is made for you once you come down. So it’s nice and fresh. Only down size is the rooms have thin walls. So once breakfast starts 7.30am we will be woken up. Which wasn’t a problem but just letting people know. Would I stay here again? Yes I would. Location was amazing."

"We love to stay at this homey hotel when coming to Hangzhou. It s situated in the great area of “slow life” concept in the inner street so it is more private and quiet. "

Equally the map shows a false location. There is, I believe, a scam going on here, and ebookers are refusing to do anything about it. The text description and the map shows a hotel location in downtown Hangzhou. The street address however is 50km outside the city. There is an actual Utea Guesthouse...BUT NOT IN HANGZHOU CITY....
