Almost perfect

Everything is perfect: the location, staff, and room design. The only problem is the lobby floor is super slippery. And the lighting design for the mirror is terrible. You can not see your make-up at all cause all the shooting lights were from the top.

交通方便，地鐵站行7分鐘。近運河，有很多餐廳，但唔嘈吵 酒店裝修特別，環境唔錯，但房內清潔度有部份地方較不乾淨。洗手盆水龍頭有牙膏跡 早餐幾好

位置優 體驗感受正面。

隔音不太好。可以清楚聽到走廊人員走動及大聲開關門的聲音。 淋浴沒有踩腳墊 人員服務很好。因後續採購太遲 需要額時間打包行李， 酒店也是很幫忙的配合延後一些。 房間有點西曬。冷氣要往下調才會啟動。 整體感受非常正面。是會重新拜訪及推薦的酒店

給運河祈利酒店的一封信 這旅途，是幾年來難得的一次自我放假 身在途中，有期待也有感慨 Dear manager 在杭州朋友推薦祈利酒店之際，網訪了海外旅遊頁上有關京杭運河，西湖等的酒店風景紹介，再從全季，百瑞，四季，Haytt之間，花了好幾天做了評估，布魯斯終於風塵僕僕，在北京出差的行程結束後把自己運來杭州，興致沖沖地入住這樣一個有歷史有風味的紡織廠酒店，運河祈利。 這是多麼地似江南古文裡，乘著風，尋著樹柳與菜餚的味道，遠行訪摯友，既是激動又是感性地短短旅途。坐擁一個歷史風味強烈的紡織廠建築，我想祈利酒店在這藝術與美的優勢，在五星酒店的圈子裡佔了很大的優勢；不再是那種四四方方有氣派無養涵的禮貌建築。同時，稍稍遠離西湖觀光的喧嘩，伴著京杭運河邊的靚與美，祈利酒店像是個讓人可以喘口息，緩緩步伐的好選擇。 在五星酒店與度假酒店的強烈競爭之下，很明顯的祈利除了上面兩點優勢之外，還有價格在700-900之間（不含早餐）的優勢房價，確實這在五星等級裡算是費用較低的，以房價跟酒店外觀照片來評估時，很容易感覺是性價比好的五星酒店，布魯斯就是這樣上鉤的。殘念，既然稱為五星酒店，祈利就必須要有五星酒店的一個態度與服務，所以布魯斯要跟祈利聊的，是祈利在服務的專業性，以及酒店的人性化設計。 <打招呼的原因是我們一起迷路> 從機場搭著出租車來到酒店的路口附近，出租車就先迷路了，因為師傅不知道大門在哪，我也不知啊；一個五星級的酒店，看不出大門在哪，也未見任何引導的服務員，讓客人的出租車從某小門進入，我的第一印象就覺得被騙了。如果是外國人肯定會滿頭霧水。 拉著行李，在吹著寒風的半開放式酒店空間裡，找尋前台，問這位出電梯的客人，問另一位客人的小孩；然後也被反問，文化中心在哪？健身房在哪？看來所有的客人都有相同的疑惑，在哪？住兩晚之後，布魯斯自己才大致明白早餐，健身房，後門的運河小門，前門大堂的位置。 祈利有個非常大的問題是動線的設計與標示。並不是沒有作標示，而是，酒店在設計標示的時候，沒有去考量客人到想法，客人在酒店裡通常會如何移動，會去哪裡，該如何標示，標誌與裝飾品如何區隔，如何規劃空間的運用等等，所以現在酒店裡的客人，在面對這個標示不清處，又非常寬敞的空間，很難理解該往哪個方向走。因為迷路，所以客人互相打個招呼後，就開始問路。 空間尺寸與美裝，花錢買就有了；清楚的動線設計，體察到客人內心的設計，以人性化設計，捨身處地來為客人構思。 <不及格的燈光控制> 入住的房間，有燈泡是閃動，壞的。這證明清理房間之後，房務人員習慣性的不去確認房間的使用狀態，這是不及格的五星管理服務。在下一位客人入住前，確認水壓管線燈泡窗戶搖控器的電池等等，是個基本工作，提前發現問題，而不是等問題發生才解決，況且這也花不了兩分鐘時間。 房間裡燈光控制有5個按鍵分別是房燈，燈槽，壁燈，夜燈，總電源。這五種燈不是很容易理解如何操作，花了將近十分多鐘，我才找出了關「床頂燈」的方法。 <房間空間總是差那麼一點> 啊哈～房間的空間設計，就更能看出這是個學藝不精的五星酒店。厕所与淋浴间对拉的玻璃门，请你们自己在看一眼，是不是門寬跟门框的宽度不和？客人永远要稍微侧著身子进去上厕所或洗澡？这，是讓人享受还是来受折磨？行李架的凹槽位置，巧妙的挡住路口，与墙的厚度不同，走路時容易撞到膝蓋。电动升降帘过于巨大，相当有压迫感。床底下的大地毯，一直没有被摆正过，是歪一边的。抽屜不好拉開。衣櫥門開了之後，又要側身才能走過去....文章長，發表到豆瓣上了。

ロケーション、設備は良いですが、受付、コンシェルジュのクオリティーは素人です。コンシェルジュカウンターにいる若者は、日本語、英語ともに通じず、全くゲストの要望に応えられないばかりか、わからない仕事を後回しにして、ただ待たせるのみ。 部屋で洗面台のガラスコップが滑って割れてしまったら、ゲストの安全を確かめることはせず、コップ代を弁償するよう求められました。スタッフ、マネージャー全て素人です。

美しく清潔なホテル。再訪したい。

歴史的な町並みと美しい運河横にあるこのホテル。古い建物をリノベーションして用いているが、全ての場所が清潔に保たれている。なにより滞在していて一切のストレスを感じないことが素晴らしく評価出来る。朝食の楽しさは格別。鉄道駅や空港からはタクシーを利用する事になるが、特に問題とも感じられない魅力をこのホテルは持っている。
