"Beautiful resort in every way however the location and time it takes to get there is not pleasant. Make sure you arrange hotel transport to avoid hassle, extra fees and unpleasant ride. You won't leave the resort, it's not nice outside the resort grounds, AT ALL. Service is incredible, do the tai chi lesson and tea picking! Lots to do within the resort. "The staffs were extremely helpful and friendly. They provided a warm service to us during our entire stay. The mattress was really comfortable that if you get out of the bed you won't disturb your partner at all. We loved it! Location is also good that it's within a short taxi ride to major train stations and famous places or interest. "Nice surroundings but the villa is very cold in winter. We stayed a night in the winter. The villa was extremely cold. We called the front desk; a technician came to check and admit AC is not strong enough and would get a heater for us. But the heater never came and we had to call front desk again for a quilt. Avoid the villas in winters."
