"I have stayed here many times over the last 10 years and it has gone downhill but this time was unbelievable. Shockingly bad service from the outset. The night manager who took ages to answer the door to the breakfast with intermittent hot food, with missing equipment, awful check-in, poor coffee and everything in between. The hotel is shabby looking but it’s the staff which make it truly awful. Radisson rely on being the only hotel within the airport and they are ripping customers off more and more. It is absolutely worth walking another 10mins to stay in any of the other hotels."
