"Danny at the front desk was amazing, helped us emmensly. Susanne at the spa was THE BEST, amazing customer service and info. Salvatore at the bar and breakfast was awesome as well. Overall, great spot to stay for business or pleasure. The only downside was they were working on their elevators so we had to take the stairs a few times due to elevators being crowded."

"Rooms were really good - clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant was bright and clean, staff were good, food was excellent. A great choice of options for breakfast. The Christmas decorations were lovely, and the location was ideal for Piccadilly Station or Piccadilly Gardens - would be a great options for visiting the Christmas markets."
