"Excellent stay. Trevor met us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome. The hut was super cosy and amazingly clean. We had everything we needed for an offthe beaten track stay. Trevor even booked a table at a local pub and arranged a bottle of fizz for us at my request for my other halfs birthday. The surroundings and views were beautiful and there were great walks in the area too. We felt very secluded and private."

"Room have no AC the windows dont open very far and there is no mechanical ventilation. Even the week after a hot spell when the outside had cooled the room stayed hot and uncomfortable to sleep. A fan was provided and I managed to plug it in near the window but the back of the hotel is surrounded by other buildings and seemed to retain heat. I am in London for 4 weeks but I have moved hotels for the remainder. There are plenty of hotels in the vicinity and I have found one with AC for the same price which also includes breakfast (it was extra at The Presedent) At these high prices that is the least I expect. I had no problems with the hotel other than that but being uncomfortable at night and not sleeping well due to the heat was a reason to switch hotels."
