"Das Personal war einfach so unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Kapsel war ein unglaubliches Erlebnis und absolut zu empfehlen. Auch der Transfer zum Hotel hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Ein kleines Highlight ist das man am Ende sogar noch mit dem Quad fährt. Also absolut zu empfehlen!!!"

"Spacious room, good breakfast options. The swimming pool was small and the jacuzzi was not working. It was close to the airport and even had a bridge between the hotel and the airport but not sure why it was not allowed to use. I had to wait for about an hour till the shuttle picked me up at the airport. The surrounding area probably is not very safe so the hotel was fully fenced."

"El hotel está ubicado como al inicio de la Calle del Sol, cerca hay unas tiendas de conveniencia y una feria de artesanías. Está a 15 minutos caminando de la Plaza de Armas, que es poco pero por ser subida y la altura puede ser pesado caminarlo el primer día. El hotel es muy amplio, los cuartos son bastante grandes y la propiedad está en muy buenas condiciones. "Expedia purposely not letting customers talk about their experience with Expedia. So, I will write it here to see if it will be published. I booked an ocean view room with top price. Didn’t notice the confirmation email missing that specifics. Then the hotel can’t give us ocean view room. I called Expedia, but they refuse to admit their mistake. I checked price again. I paid much higher than the city view room. Didn’t expect that I need to keep a record maybe screen shot. Expedia is getting...

"Beautiful hotel with very well appointed rooms, lovely communal areas with places to sit and friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast and lovely bar area. Location is excellent - you can walk to Cusco centre and around the area from the hotel. Only down side is the rooms are dark."

"I was very impressed at how clean, tidy the space was. It was also nice and quiet, which is what I needed since I stayed overnight. The bathrooms facilities are also very clean. You also get unlimited drinks (sodas, coffee.) the bathrooms are spacious and very clean. I will most definitely stay here again I need to stay a few hours in the airport to catch my next flight. Highly recommend."

"HELLO, book 7 nights in april 26th , i liked the location ( away from the traffic and crowded areas) property was well maintained and the staff was super friendly and helpful , i would like to meantion all the stuff for their kindness , the only thing negative would be the dog barking , the windows are not insulated , over all we liked it .."
