"The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful and kind. However, the hotel itself is poorly designed. To start, there is terrible ventilation in the guest rooms. My room was stuffy and uncomfortable the whole time, and I can ’t imagine how much worse it could have been for anyone struggling with the altitude in Cusco as well. The showers were also terrible. There is nothing at the bottom of the shower that prevents the water leaking out of the shower so we had to build a dam of towels to...

"Wonderful place to stay in Cusco. Lovely and helpful staff, great location, quiet and nice place to sleep, and wonderful breakfast! Will definitely return and would recommend to friends and family."
