"On the morning of October 1st we were caught in a heavy downpour at Machu Picchu and ended up completely soaked. Even though we had already checked out, we went back to the Inkaterra front desk in the afternoon to ask for help. The two ladies and one gentleman who received us were absolutely wonderful — warm, attentive, and very efficient. "A very nice option in the middle of everything! There is no elevator so try to get a room on a lower floor. Keep in mind the whole town is up as early as 4am and there is a lot of noise. It might help to post a few signs for folks to be more discreet and courteous?"
