The staff were wonderful, very kind and helpful in organizing day trips out of Cuzco. The room was first-class, one of the coziest hotel stays that I can remember. Clean and comfortable. We were there in the middle of rainy season, and it was such a nice warm place to come back to. Large TV with great options. Internet and other amenities...
