La habitación no es de las que tenían vista, pero era silenciosa (importante cuando estás cansado por los tours) La puerta del baño tenía el llavín dañado, pero nada serio. Teníamos A/C portátil, lo cual fue útil por la temporada. Artículos de baño de cortesía, y la facilidad de que nos cuidaron nuestro equipaje luego del check out, se agradece."

"Great service from the team including a porter meeting us at station to pick up bags and giving us a nice mini tour of town! Hotel is located at a great location center of town with 5mins access to train station and bus to Machu Picchu Room was amazing and well laid out ! We had a good night sleep ! Dinner and Breakfast were both a let down food was average and was not meeting expectations from the reviews we read."

"I didn’t use the breakfast service which it’s on the 6th floor. Very well located, it worth the price, small room just to considered. Just the last day we experienced a situation with the manager and the clerk wich in my opinion was uncomfortable, hope they can manage their internal communication on private."

"This hotel is one of the best places I have stayed while I was in Peru. Hotel is right next to the ticketing office for machu picchu like literally down the block. It is few minutes to Plaza. Room is huge and very clean!!! Bed is very comfortable! The staff were all nice and approachable! Always greets you with a smile! Also, the breakfast is good.. they’ll cook you food the moment you got into the dining area, it is not a pre-cooked breakfast.. which I appreciate it the most.. AND the freshly...
