"The hotel itself was great, but we had a hiccup with the management as they insisted that we pay for the room after we showed them the receipt that we already paid with Expedia. As soon as we got Expedia involved, they reimbursed us, but it was frustrating to deal with while tired from traveling. Other than that, the hotel itself was lovely with hot water in the shower a lovely breakfast and convenient location."

"Spent two nights here breaking the journey from Cusco to La Paz. Friendly family-run place a minute or two from the Plaza de Armas, banks, restaurants etc. clean, comfortable rooms with hot water and strong wifi. Recommended, and would stay again."

"The 'muchachos' were very helpful and responsive to requests. They speak both English and Spanish. They organised taxis as needed, were very flexible to time of serving meals, and provided advice to seeing the sights. Rooms were clean the the place felt very comfortable and welcoming. "One step above camping. Cold at night sun hot in day, great if you want to do nothing all day. No drinks or snack bring you own, only Beer and water. I dont recommend familys "

"The hotel was well located and well kept. The beds were nice and the continental breakfast was good. Cesar was wonderful! What a nice man and he was so helpful. Gave us ideas of things to do and helped us book a trip to the floating islands. Also helped us sort out the cryptic emails we received about our departing bus changes when we left. He was wonderful and made the stay much better"
