"It's a family-run bed and breakfast place. Very helpful and friendly owner and staff and a decent breakfast with omelette and freshly made bread/juice. Room was large, clean and beds were comfortable. Our room was on the third floor and there was no elevator. So getting up and down can be challenging for people with mobility issues. "clean modern spacious room, great location to transportation, shopping, restaurants. friendly staff"

"Beautiful hotel with great location. Big and clean room. Helpful staffs."

"The location is perfect! Easy to find a good restaurant, good cafe, etc. The hotel was nicely decorated but there were many pubs and bars around the hotel. You'll hear the very loud noise until 4-5 am on a weekend night. And If you had bad luck get the room on the 1st floor located near the common area. Another guest will wake you up by a very loud noise by chatting with others since 5 am. However, I love the hotel staff very much. They were so kind, very helpful and super friendly. "

"The floor of the room was dirty on arrival because the doors are open to ventilate the rooms. The shower temperature controls were temperamental. The staff was great and helpful. The breakfast in the AM was nice and with good variety and wonderful staff."

"All staff are very friendly and helpful. Reception in morning and evening shift (I remember only RUIT name) help me to call tour agents. Good location can walk to Plaza and near hotel have tradition food restaurant and laundry. Highly recommend stay this LP. I checked in 15-17 Jul 19 and check in again on 20-23 Jul 19 same type of room but I got smaller than 1st check in (as advertised) . And still wait Expedia replied."

"Very nice from beginning to end. Clean property, amazing service, always on time and accurate with our needs. Will visit again"

"Everything was perfect just they didn’t provide slippers and shower cloth "

"Very great location and rooms were lovely for the price. Loved being able to walk to the plaza de armas and to many restaurants and shops. Breakfast was plentiful and yummy, afternoon tea was relaxing, especially w Kiki (the alpaca) wandering the courtyard. Made the trip even more memorable"
