"Inconvenient location and inflexible breakfast schedule. This well-kept B&B is a 25-minute walk from downtown Cusco and very difficult to find. In our room, the shower glass doors didn't close properly, so water leaked out all over the floor. "All staff are very friendly and helpful. Reception in morning and evening shift (I remember only RUIT name) help me to call tour agents. Good location can walk to Plaza and near hotel have tradition food restaurant and laundry. Highly recommend stay this LP. I checked in 15-17 Jul 19 and check in again on 20-23 Jul 19 same type of room but I got smaller than 1st check in (as advertised) . And still wait Expedia replied."

"I think objectively compared to all the hotels I’ve stayed at, I would give this place 4 stars. Solid hotel. Compared to other places in Cusco though, this place likely lands closer to 5 stars. Has everything you could possibly need - good facilities, good breakfast, friendly staff, pretty decent location. Good value for the price."

"When we checked in, the guys gave us the key and asked ask to wait because he didn't know that the room was ready. We waited one and a half hour in the lobby with out entire luggage, after I went and asked him how much longer and he said "oh, your room has been ready, I gave you the key". I didn't argue with him because at this point it was not wroth it, but this I hope that you see that this was incredibly rude. No, it was not obvious that if you give me the key that it is a sign that the room...
