"All staff are very friendly and helpful. Reception in morning and evening shift (I remember only RUIT name) help me to call tour agents. Good location can walk to Plaza and near hotel have tradition food restaurant and laundry. Highly recommend stay this LP. I checked in 15-17 Jul 19 and check in again on 20-23 Jul 19 same type of room but I got smaller than 1st check in (as advertised) . And still wait Expedia replied."

"Very nice from beginning to end. Clean property, amazing service, always on time and accurate with our needs. Will visit again"

"Clean room"

"Everything was perfect just they didn’t provide slippers and shower cloth "

"The location is perfect! Easy to find a good restaurant, good cafe, etc. The hotel was nicely decorated but there were many pubs and bars around the hotel. You'll hear the very loud noise until 4-5 am on a weekend night. And If you had bad luck get the room on the 1st floor located near the common area. Another guest will wake you up by a very loud noise by chatting with others since 5 am. However, I love the hotel staff very much. They were so kind, very helpful and super friendly. "

"This was an incredible stay. The San Blas neighborhood is so charming and the hotel is tucked away like an oasis. The property itself is beautiful, everyone working at the hotel was wonderful, the restaurant was excellent. Truly couldn’t recommend this place more!"

"Very great location and rooms were lovely for the price. Loved being able to walk to the plaza de armas and to many restaurants and shops. Breakfast was plentiful and yummy, afternoon tea was relaxing, especially w Kiki (the alpaca) wandering the courtyard. Made the trip even more memorable"

"The floor of the room was dirty on arrival because the doors are open to ventilate the rooms. The shower temperature controls were temperamental. The staff was great and helpful. The breakfast in the AM was nice and with good variety and wonderful staff."

"I believe this is the best “hidden place” of a hotel in Cusco. Very nice, clean and spacious rooms. Great breakfast with a personal touch. Very close to the center of the city and not far from the airport. We were at a few different hotels in Cusco, that is by far the best."
