"This place was great! They had money exchange at a very inexpensive rate, they called us taxi, very attentive to anything. We needed, breakfast was amazing and included! Our favorite part was Kiki the alpaca wandering the grounds when we arrived, she's a resident rescue and she just made our stay. Oh also note that they do have altitude yes there available at all times!!"

"Hotel needs some updating-lots of 80’s style gold embellishments. Sheets and towels were worn and scratchy. In addition to that, the fire alarm went off twice. Once at 1-2 am and again at 4-5 am. We requested a refund for the night but was refused."

"All staff are very friendly and helpful. Reception in morning and evening shift (I remember only RUIT name) help me to call tour agents. Good location can walk to Plaza and near hotel have tradition food restaurant and laundry. Highly recommend stay this LP. I checked in 15-17 Jul 19 and check in again on 20-23 Jul 19 same type of room but I got smaller than 1st check in (as advertised) . And still wait Expedia replied."

"Convenient location a short walk from the square. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was super clean, quiet, with comfortable beds. Breakfast was simple but good. Grocery store is a couple blocks down the street, and smaller shops and restaurants are nearby."
