"Great stay overall!!"

"Very happy with this hotel overall. 4 stars instead of 5 for a few small reasons. Laundry is SUPER expensive compared to other hotels and laundry services in the country. And the checkout is really early, 10am. Also, don’t get the patio view rooms. We stayed here twice, a couple days before and few days after the Inca Trail. The first stay we booked a Patio View room and your room is very close to a busy road so it’s noisy. The second time we got just a regular standard room and it was so...

"Excellent service by everyone in the hotel. Food in the restaurant pretty good as well. Señor Eleodoro and team, including Marcelo and Catherine or Jacqueline (may be wrong) but what we really remember was her smiles at all the times. What a nice lady! "We stayed in a superior bedroom with king size bed Pros - comfortable bed in a reasonably sized room - breakfast quality was best we had throughout 2 weeks in Peru Cons - we were told king size bedrooms were only available in level 1 (basement) and it was quite loud with various background and hallway noises - the hotel polices are very inflexible. not understanding of unforeseen changes to travel plans. I don't think that's because of the staff but more so the management - bathroom did...
