The staff at Nodo was very helpful and even packed us a bag breakfast for going to machu pichu early. The beds were hard though and not comfortable. The most frustrating part of this hotel was the noise at night when trying to sleep. Our room was right above the service area and the noise made it difficult to sleep.

This stay was my favorite in Cusco, as the property was clean, staff was professional, but it still gave me family owned vibes. Every staff was personable and helpful, even carrying our luggage up the stairs on our first day because we were so winded due to the altitude. There is no elevator at this property just a heads up. The breakfast provided was small but did the job, the 24/7 tea was also really helpful. If I were to come to Cusco again I would stay here for the entirety of the trip.

This was our favorite hotel during are stay in Cusco! Staff so friendly and helpful, LOCATION is perfect!!! Room was cute clean and cozy! Def would stay here again for the price and location and staff was awesome!

Our stay was wonderful! The staff was very accommodating to our requests and ensured we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Nicole, Patty and the staff were wonderful. Just getting to town we were in a bad way with the altitude and their kindness helped get us back in good spirits again. We had a wonderful stay and hope to catch the yoga class next time around
