From the time we arrived (which was wayyy early, due to our flight), he made sure we were taken care of. Even got us into our room early! The hotel itself is a mini museum, with artwork dating back to the 17th century. "

"All staff are very friendly and helpful. Reception in morning and evening shift (I remember only RUIT name) help me to call tour agents. Good location can walk to Plaza and near hotel have tradition food restaurant and laundry. Highly recommend stay this LP. I checked in 15-17 Jul 19 and check in again on 20-23 Jul 19 same type of room but I got smaller than 1st check in (as advertised) . And still wait Expedia replied."

"Absolutely LOVE this hotel! First time ever I experienced such friendly and attentive staff. They were super helpful and was on top of everything. The hotel was really clean, close to everything and such a unique atmosphere. I wished I stayed here my entire cusco trip. Highly recommend 11/10"
