"All staff are very friendly and helpful. Reception in morning and evening shift (I remember only RUIT name) help me to call tour agents. Good location can walk to Plaza and near hotel have tradition food restaurant and laundry. Highly recommend stay this LP. I checked in 15-17 Jul 19 and check in again on 20-23 Jul 19 same type of room but I got smaller than 1st check in (as advertised) . And still wait Expedia replied."

The rooms were very clean and spacious especially the king bedrooms. The only minor hiccup was a long wait for hot water but we had all the amenities. Excellent value for price. "

Fui en la última semana de octubre y el clima durante las noches ya era frío; pero la temperatura de la habitación súper agradable, además el personal deja bolsas de agua caliente dentro de las sábanas, así que el descanso está garantizado. El desayuno está incluido y es muy variado y muy rico. Todo personal es muy amable y siempre está atento para hacer que la estancia sea la mejor. "

"Après avoir changé d’hôtel avons choisi celui ci et vraiment pas déçus. Un accueil chaleureux grâce au monsieur réceptionniste et surtout grâce à Miguel très souriant qui officie un peu partout dans l’hôtel ( réception pour les valises, serveur au restaurant aidé cuisine etc) ce jeune garçon est formidable et sa gentillesse et son dévouement nous ont vraiment touchés. Chambre suite parfaite petit dej très bien avec jus frais, restaurant de l’hôtel parfait et salade délicieuse. 10 mn à pied de...
