"Very good hotel and very good staff! The place is clean, has character and is excellent BUT…..it’s located behind the wall from a very very loud night club and the music goes on till 4-5 am. The hotel is trying to solve it by providing guests with ear plugs but they don’t really help. If you don’t mind partying all night, stay here! If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, I’d look for another place."

"We had a good stay at Andenes.Room was clean,breakfast was good.Free tea and water anytime.Only issue we had that our room was close to the breakfast room and you hear chefs prepare from 4:30am."

"All staff are very friendly and helpful. Reception in morning and evening shift (I remember only RUIT name) help me to call tour agents. Good location can walk to Plaza and near hotel have tradition food restaurant and laundry. Highly recommend stay this LP. I checked in 15-17 Jul 19 and check in again on 20-23 Jul 19 same type of room but I got smaller than 1st check in (as advertised) . And still wait Expedia replied."

"Location is perfect! The assistance behind the desk was the best. Giving ideas on the restaurants, calling us transportation and just being helpful in general. Fantastic! The breakfast crew and set up is the real gem with this place. Supper nice people, attentive and the food and coffee is wonderful. Hot water in the shower was a little weak.. But not a deal breaker. I had a little trouble with the room safe when I was sitting it up, but was helped immediately and had no problem after that. ...
