"Amazing hotel. Cleaning, amenities breakfast and rooftop. We have a wonderful time."

"This property is centrally situated in Ginza and very close to transportation. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful to us and we are a multicultural and diverse group of black and brown Americans. We did not have the unfortunate and unacceptable experience that others have described."

"Lovely hotel, family of four staying and room was very spacious. Good location for market, pontocho alley and gion"

"6 nights for the Kyoto area. Good location not in the Gion but walkable. Great breakfast buffet but sometimes had to wait for seating due to groups. Helpful staff and Concierge service. Recommend and would stay again. Close to shopping and dining."

"Warm like home, location is good. Great staff."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Granvia! The hotel is beautiful, with lovely amenities and very attentive staff. Service was quick and excellent, and we were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade. The location is fantastic, right at the train station, making it incredibly convenient to get around and explore. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and hassle-free stay"

"The neighborhood location was very nice and easy to walk around. The room was big and spacious with very modern features and amenities. The free laundry was also nice. The only small issue I would mention is that I could hear every movement the people above me made…I could literally hear a pin drop. Using earplugs worked for me. Overall a great property that I’d recommend."
