Hotel feels modern . The restaurant and lounge floor has a great view of Kyoto. Breakfast is great, both set Japanese and buffet Western style.

Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. You had either a western or Japanese option on top of the Buffett. Japanese course meal was unique. It would have the description under each mini bowl which was very convenient. Location was the best. Close to the shopping area, Gion, Nishiki Market, Pontocho Alley, and Kamo River.

Beautiful, clean and spacious room with all amenities you need and the iron/iron board in the room. Great comfy bed and pillows. Very friendly staff with daily housekeeping service. Nice breakfast, restaurant on the pricier side but the bar has an amazing views, good beer, sake and they make nice negronis. Would def recommend and stay again.
