This hotel was stunning. The only thing I have written on my review in the bedroom was the fact that the bed was a bit tough, but other than that it was an amazing experience being there. And celebrating my 40th birthday in Japan was phenomenal. I thank you guys for having us there.

Clean modern and convenient with two stations nearby(one is direct line from Shin-Osaka if arriving from Shinkansen train. Has washing/dryer facilities also and a Lawson convenience store opposite + a LUUP e-bike/scooter parking staion out front

Great location, extremely walkable from gion and nishiki market as well as the station. You definitely pay what you get, there's no cleaning until the 4th day but they will give you fresh towels at the front of you ask. The room didn't look too well maintained and was slightly dirty but for what it's priced at, I guess it's fair.

A wonderful hotel in a great location with close proximity to key neighborhoods and transit links. Room was incredibly clean and compared to other hotels we stayed in around Japan a very good size. Most of all, the staff were incredible, specifically the front desk workers. I always felt welcome and they were eager to help with any assistance we required throughout our stay including luggage forwarding.

You can borrow an umbrella from the lobby which we thought was very convenient! Amazing location that honestly made our next stop on our trip underwhelming. The breakfast was good, though the variety was lacking -- mind you, I'm comparing this to stays at Canadian hotels. I would stay again!

Great location right in the heart of Kyoto. I gave 4 stars as the breakfast did not have many options for vegetarians and the hotel lobby was always packed with tour groups and luggage.

The rooms are clean enough, no complaints. The floors, especially in the hallways are very stained. However this makes no actual difference in the quality of the stay. They do store luggage but the lobby, despite it's good pictures they always seems to have some travelers asleep on the chairs at all times of day. The location is great, hard to do much better. Id heavily consider this place if i went back to Kyoto.

Despite my room being laughably small I actually enjoyed this hotel. It was clean and safe! The staff was kind. It’s in a convenient place with lots of food and shopping options nearby. However, during my stay there was some kind of protesting going on. It was loud and kept me awake when I tried going to sleep. I have nothing bad clue what the protesting was for (since I only speak English) but it was very loud. Still, I would recommend this hotel.
