Did not have their breakfast though as it was pretty basic and there were 2 highly rated breakfast places nearby - very few options but very good options so all good. If the quality of all JR hotels is like this, I am staying in JR hotels from now on."

"The place is very very clean. There is someone cleaning everyday. They also have a hot bath area where you can go and relax. If you love the sauna or hot tub you will love this. The breakfast was awesome, they had pastrami duck and steam duck dumplings. Staff are very friendly and quick to help. I am from New York I am use to the Hilton and this place beats the Hilton in every aspect of the hospitality industry. If I am ever in Japan or anywhere I will be sure to seek this Hotel out. I forgot to mention I stayed at 2 of them 1 in Tokyo and the other in Kyoto and I had the same experience at both. Great Hotel with great people."
