Such an amazing hotel, the staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the onsen very relaxing after waking 10 plus miles and the amenities such as laundry was very helpful. Great location as well!

Wonderful and enjoyable stay here..Staff were courteous and totally accommodating with our requests. Amenities just right with restaurant, onsen and exercise room..Location is fantastic and it was always nice coming back to relax and unwind after busy day time activities. Neighborhood around hotel surrounded by little eateries, boutiques shops and quiet lane ways...We will be back to stay again..

This hotel is in an excellent location for transit, restaurants, and shopping. No need to bring bathing items for the onsen. Consider a street view room as the interior room views are adjacent to another building with limited sunlight.

Mitsui Garden Sanjo Premier is an excellent hotel. The amenities are great and their on site cheese factory raises the bar on the level of excellence for their food. Everything is as you would expect a hotel stay in Japan to be.

Wonderful and very peaceful stay. The property is beautiful and has a good location. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was so kind and helpful. And the breakfast was great as well. Would absolutely stay here again if I return to Kyoto.

From the moment we arrived we felt tranquil in the beautiful space. From helpful front desk staff checked us in seamlessly and made us feel taken care of. Our room was well appointed, clean, and very quiet. The bed was very good. The waterfall shower was excellent. The concierge was helpful with luggage forwarding (both receiving and sending), as well as arranging a dinner reservation. Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel in the absolute perfect location in Kyoto. It's like 3 minutes from the subway station, and 5 minutes from the main shopping plaza arcade. The staff are multilingual and very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing with plenty of room and a nice view of the street below. The private bath is also amazing! Also I can't forget to mention the buffet and restaurant, with the Curd cheese laboratory which was just delicious. We had a great time at Mitsui Sanjo Garden Premier for the Kyoto part of our anniversary vacation.

First time staying and would stay again!! Everything felt lux and clean, all the staff were so nice and very helpfull. Most if not all spoke pretty good English but even so they were all very patient. We got the room with a built in laundry machine and it was amazing very spacious n handy. Really would recommend
