"Este ryokan proporcionou uma experiência inesquecível e foi um dos pontos altos da nossa viagem ao Japão. A equipe foi extremamente gentil, simpática e acolhedora, sempre disposta a ajudar e tornar nossa estadia ainda mais especial.
A localização é excelente, com uma vista deslumbrante que contribui para a atmosfera única e imersiva do local. O serviço de transporte entre a estação de trem e o hotel, mediante agendamento, é muito conveniente e demonstra o cuidado com os hóspedes.

"We had a fantastic stay! The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they spoke English, which is especially convenient for travelers who haven’t learned much Japanese yet.
The traditional Japanese-style breakfast was absolutely delicious and easily one of the highlights of our stay. The staff serving breakfast were wonderful as well and made the experience even more enjoyable.

"Staffs were nice. They can speak English. However, if you seek a comfy room. This is not a place.
Location: It is quite far from Kyoto town , only if you plan to visit Arashiyama. It’s ok to stay. For JR pass holder, you are entitle to ride JR bus, which enroute the ryokan. It will take 1 hour from Kyoto station to the ryokan. Be aware!!
Room: not clean. I had small insect flew into my room.
Facilities: Internet is very slow! Also, the toilet does not have a hot seat.
