"This accommodation is premium indeed! It’s a beautiful place to stay. Everything looks newly done. Clean, spacious room with everything you need there like in-room washer/dryer, flatscreen tv, large couch, weight scale, kitchen amenities, microwave/oven, fridge, and modernized bathroom and shower. "The location of the hotel was perfect for our stay in Kyoto this fall. Walking distance to so many temples, gardens, steps from the Geisha district, shopping & restaurants. The pictures I saw on google maps of the street and immediate surroundings looked a little iffy, but it was just fine, and very quiet. The hotel was absolutely spotless and very comfortable; the staff fabulous, and the small restaurant well run with a very decent breakfast at a reasonable price. It is also only a short block...
