We loved our stay! Hotel was clean, and in a safe quiet area of town. The staff was accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious! So happy we chose to stay here for our trip to Kyoto.

My mom and I had a wonderful stay, the staff was amazing and kind and always helpful and the hotel was evenly clean rooms were large for Japan and it was very updated

This hotel is very beautiful and quiet. It is in a lovely part of Kyoto. You feel like a local rather than staying at a big chain hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious and the bed is not too hard. Some members of my family didn’t like tge breakfast but I thought-it was ok. We hired the ebikes which we all loved. Thanks to the attentive staff for a lovely holiday❤️

Loved the room, slightly cramped. Breakfast was amazing, staff was great. Laundry takes a very long time and poor drying
