This hotel was excellent for our needs. We loved the proximity to the Kyoto station, the shopping mall next door, and lots of food options. The staff itself was super helpful, the hotel lobby and common areas were grand, and the washing machine came in handy. The bathrooms are a little on the older side and could use some updating, but they were clean. Our main highlight was the breakfast. It was top notch and unique every day. Would highly recommend this hotel!

The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was amazing and so nice and very helpful! Omg it is excellent location right across the street from the train station. The hotel is connected to a high class mall with an 7-11 and several eating places to include McDonalds and a crepe place plus several authentic Japanese restaurants! And don’t forget a massive Donki!! They have a Japanese Drum Show also in the same bldg! I could go on and on about this location!!!! A must stay!!!
