"We had so much fun! The water park was amazing, the hotel pool was fun, and they had a DJ. We loved the breakfast, and the activity room. The whole stay was perfect for our family."

"I spoke to the manager on the phone before my stay. She was incredibly rude and I was dreading my stay. However when I came to the hotel the staff were lovely and accommodating. Everything went smoothly, the room was cleaner than expected"

"Die Klimaanlage war laut. Frühstück war nicht besonders, aber ausreichend. In dem Thema waren die Personal nicht so freundlich. Das Essen in der Therme ist nicht besonders gut."

"Il y avait beaucoup d'enfants en bas âge et, comme nous voyagions avec des adolescents, les activités proposées n'étaient pas vraiment adaptées à leur tranche d'âge.
De plus, l'isolation des chambres est à revoir : nous entendions beaucoup les bruits des chambres voisines et des passages dans le couloir.
Malgré cela, le cadre de l'hôtel, la nourriture et la qualité générale restent très satisfaisants. Un grand merci à la personne de la réception qui nous a accueillis pour sa gentillesse"

"Unfortunately as a returning guest I didn’t feel very welcomed at all. The staff were very unhelpful and not once did I feel like I was looked after I sat for 30 minutes in the restaurant before anyone even come over to me to ask if I needed anything. I was let down a few times In the restaurant however most of the staff at the pool bar was lovely, it’s a shame I felt this way as the last time I was there the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating."

Bonjour.Nous avions pris un appartement hôtel d’après le descriptif il devait y avoir une bouilloire qui ne se trouvais pas dans l'appartement.Ensuite pour un appart hôtel il n'a jamais été précisé qu'il était entièrement vide aucun ustensile de cuisine alors que dans les apparts de la concurrence il y a toujours les ustensiles de cuisine.Nous devions louer les ustensiles.Ensuite l’éclairage extérieur pour arriver a l'appartement ne fonctionnait pas.
C'est dommage car l'endroit est bien mais...
