"Beautiful hotel in a perfect location very close to the bus station, tour company office and main attractions. The bed was super comfy and breakfast was delicious. Close enough to Shop St. but we didn’t have to suffer the noise of the bustling pubs while trying to sleep. Highly recommend."

"While it was clean most of the staff were less than helpful. It took about 10 mins for someone to actually help us check in and there was no one else checking in at that time. The staff saw us and still turned and went to a room behind the desk. She did not seem like she was in a good mood at all. The restaurant was closed so can’t say if it was good or not. Over all it was not worth the $500 for one night we paid…"

"While the check-in was easy I thought the women at the front desk could have been a little bit more welcoming. I felt like I was bothering them. The location was great and you paid up for that. The room was comfortable and clean and pretty quiet but it was a bit run down for being so pricey. I give excellent grades to a young manager, Shannon, who was in the bar/restaurant in the early evening when I went in for dinner and was in the breakfast area when I was there for the continental breakfast the following morning. He was so pleasant and friendly and went out of his way to be helpful with suggestions and directions. He made my stay worthwhile. I also commend the two young woman who waited on me at dinner."
