Loved the 50meter pool it was a rare feature of a hotel. Loved the location in that it was near to the beach. We stayed for two weeks and the breakfast buffet was spectacular. We had a city view room which on the positive gave us a bit of a sea view, but during the day was extreamly noisy from the music and announcements from the park. When the park closed the music stopped which was around 6:00pm so was not too much of a disaster. The same music was also apparent around the pool. not too much of a problem. Although the room was cleaned on a daily basis we kept finding some long black hairs on the floor which was odd as neither of us have long black hair. Also felt that the area around the hotel was lacking in atmosphere. Despite there being many outlets along the beach walk they were mainly supplying coffee, cake or fast food. It lacked a few bars and and authentic turkish restaurants. That said it was a short taksi ride to Antalya Old Town where there is more character and life. The concierge and valets where very helpful in calling for taksis and helping with directions.

Great location 30 mins from the airport. Hip/cool hotel with a chilled vibe. Bed more comfortable than our last visit. This is our 7th holiday at this hotel over the last 17 years. We’d rate it a good 4* at the moment, it’s missing the finer details that were present when it was Hillside Su Hotel which was definitely a 5* experience. Improvement needed in the following areas: Peeling and missing sticker signs on the room balcony glass, which was also very dirty. Lacking in activities; yoga, Thai chi, aqua aerobics, Turkish language classes No movies showing despite screen frame still in situ No bikes, scooters or segways to hire Poolside perks missing; afternoon Turkish tea, frozen face towels, iced fruit shots, sunglasses cleaning Returning guests would receive a discount on their next in hotel purchases on a sliding scale from 10-30% based on how many times they’d visited. In general the hotel is kept spotless, housekeeping do an incredible job with Derya being an exceptional member of the team. The food is delicious and varied, the bar is well stocked and reasonably priced. The pool is a great size and clean but a short walk to the beach is well worth it - it’s just a shame this hotel doesn’t have it’s own private area so you have to hire sunbeds from elsewhere. One complaint I’m afraid. The noise from Aqualand is just plain unacceptable. From 10am until 5.30pm the music is so loud it drowns out any music being played by the pool and can be heard perfectly c

Absolutely amazing hotel , had a bottle of champagne & cake delivered unexpectedly for my birthday was a wonderful surprise . Staff were amazing from arrival to departure, room service was excellent, food was fantastic.. plenty of options for breakfast. shame I had noisy neighbours below me on my last evening on there balcony untill early hours,it was delt with by staff, (promptly) however, I do think there should be a notice outside in balcony area asking to respect others with noise levels after a certain hour.

If you wanna stay at the hotel with all the amenities you may have in a resort that would be your choice, including indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, game room, gym, excellent restaurant, and nice in environment, walk about distance to private beach and so many fast food. The food was great, especially breakfast with so many options.

If you want palace type opulence, then this hotel is not for you. If you want modern, clean cut, spacious, with excellent spa and fitness facilities, value for money, with amazingly helpful staff and guest relations and you like the colour white you'll love this place like we do. The pool and pool bar has a great spacious vibe, the gardens and outside space is well kept and tended on a daily basis. The breakfast is wholesome and bountiful, with lots of choice. The bar and food prices are also great value for money. The location is second to none and is our favourite on the konyalti beach area. Walk through the adjacent park with restaurants, bars and coffee shops, then jump in a taxi for a 5 minute journey to old town Antalya. It is subliminal. The hotel SU have an alliance with the Aydin beach club a stones throw from the hotel which is amazing, with great staff and service with a smile and a laugh and a great local wine selection. We stumbled across the Hotel SU but it is now our goto hotel in Antalya.. the suites are amazing by the way if you love space. The only hotel that provides a bed on your balcony, absolute quality..

Very clean hotel with excellent facilities. Many eating options nearby and only 30 minutes walk from old town. The area around this hotel is really nice with parks and safe walkways. Only negative is aircon is very weak so room might be a bit hot in full summer?

I was delighted to discover SU Hotel in Antalya, as most hotels there are all inclusive. SU Hotel offers a half board option, which was a pleasant surprise. The spa at the hotel is lovely, with a great sauna and relaxing area. The Turkish body care and massage were fantastic!
