"The hotel was very clean and well-staffed, with a private check in for those staying in rooms with lounge access. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in the lounge, when breakfast, afternoon tea and snacks/drinks served in the evening. A relaxed atmosphere with attentive service. The room was recently refurbished, an excellent size and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the turn down service a classy touch that has been mostly forgotten in modern hotels. "The hotel is in a great location. Good restaurants and shopping areas are a walking distance. Going to points of interests is easy. It is walkable. The train station is also nearby. The front desk and hotel staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. Breakfast was great. We received very good service! Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay here in our next trip to Athens!"
