"This was probably the best hotel we stayed in on our 2 week journey around Europe. They were so friendly and everything was neat and clean. The buffet breakfast was expensive but good so eat your moneys worth!"

"The hotel is in a super-convenient city centre location. Take the Stephenson Street exit from the station and you'll come onto New Street almost opposite the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Only basic toiletries and refreshments (no biscuits on the tea tray – remember to toss a pack of chocolate digestives in your bag) but overall good value for the price. One thing to note is that the revolving door at the entrance is very heavy and takes some muscle to start moving. I literally had to put my shoulder to it. Could cause difficulty for anyone with physical weakness or disability. The staff on reception were polite. Check-out is simply dropping your key in a box, quick and easy. So overall, a good option for a convenient and economical city stay."
