Very good staff, we were overcharged twice when ordering dinner and breakfast, all honest mistakes which to be fair we missed. On both occasions the staff came back to us, apologised and immediately refunded us. For the price the hotel offered everything you’d need for either visiting the NEC or staying before a flight from Birmingham.
