"This property was amazing from start to finish. With the platinum club our butlers were great, real people who cared. Clay’on and Davel were always available when we had minor issues (WiFi issues and one passive aggressive cook at the platinum club buffet). Only annoying thing was we couldn’t access some amenities on the adults only side of the resort (disco etc) I guess due to our reservation being on the family side only.
