"At first glance my room looks spectacular. Later in the night while asleep felt my skin burn and itching with a smell coming from the bedsheets and blankets it was a strong odor of e- cigarettes. It was my worst night of sleep that kept me nervous. Luckily I travel with allergy tablets. "Resort was really great. It's huge and so much to do. They really have everything you can think of, multiple pools, tons of restaurants and dedicated areas for the kids and lots of entertainment every single night. The food was great. Our room was amazing (we got the swim out - highly recommend 10/10). The Staff was very nice, friendly and super helpful throughout our entire stay. We can't wait to go back next year!"

"The whole resort is amazing! The food was delicious in every restaurant, the rooms were very clean, the staff is amazing, the pool was awesome, very large and has seating in the pool everywhere. The entertainment crew was the best. Checking in and out was quick and they greet you at the entrance, take your bags to your room where you have a stocked mini bar and a bottle of rum waiting. Very pleased and planning a trip back already!!!"

"The overall experience is very good. We've been to the moon palace Jamaica 2x and enjoy almost everything during our stay. The only things which a found unacceptable is how longs it took to checkin. Both times we waited over an hour and we were only behind 6 groups. Despite pre checking in. For a place this nice their really should be more thought put into how to expedite it this. But, other than that the food, service, the amenities the property and the overall experience was 1st class."

"It’s simply one of the most beautiful hotel resorts on Seven Mile Beach. Nestled in an art deco style, it is perfectly maintained, with a stunning sandy beach set among gentle shade, palm trees, and other local vegetation. The water is calm, with almost no waves—sometimes a bit shallow, but every place has its trade-offs.
