"Breezes exceeded everything we hoped for in our resort vacation. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and always with a smile. The food and drinks were very good. We ate at Martinos and the Garden of Eden restaurants. Both were 5 star. And the poolside grill was also a daily favorite. All the food and drinks are included in the price. The Beautiful beach was never crowded and always had lounge chairs available.This was the first week in May. We will definitely be back next year!"

"Overall, this property has a beautiful beach and one of the better buffets we have experienced at Riu properties. The chairs were plentiful and beach staff worked hard to accommodate everyone’s requests for seating on the beach. The property was clean and the staff responsible for cooking and cleaning were friendly and helpful. That being said, the property is in desperate need of updating. Decor is outdated, and furniture is beginning to break down in the rooms, beds are hard (this we heard repeated by others as well). The physical footprint of the property is small. Therefore, pools are small, bars are small, restaurants are small. We had a challenge booking restaurants and finally had to have the front desk reserve for us after 4 days of eating buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bar staff was less than friendly-however, shout out to bar captain Kaiven, and Tweety at the bar. Restaurant props to Tanya and Iris in the buffet room, and the gentleman at the door each day at the buffet who always greeted us with a smile. The app, which you are instructed to use for all of your needs, kept kicking me out and was basically useless to us for most of the week. Our biggest complaint, however, is we did not get the room we felt we paid for. When I spoke with the front desk the first day to inquire, we were told that Expedia misled us and that since our contract was with Expedia, they could not change the room. No offer for an upgrade, even with a charge."

"I would recommend this resort to everyone there is something for all ages. The resort is beautiful, the staff is amazing kind and would go out of their way to help any guest. I will definitely comeback. Things I wish I knew: for a standard room you walk right into the bathroom when you enter your room, there is only one door separating the bedroom and the bathroom the water park closes at 6pm, the resort pools close at 7pm"

"The property was well kept the room is clean. The workers are very friendly, checking was so easy. The food was very delicious and activities was great. I would go back again my husband love it there and he’s a very hard person to satisfy overall everything is good, especially the edge water restaurant. I went there two times. Food is delicious. A great place for a vacation."

"This property is great! It’s away from downtown, so quiet but beautiful beach. Restaurants close by, we walked to them. We did not use the pool, but it looked super good. Beautiful canals, hammocks, and chairs everywhere. Convenience store close. Really enjoyed our stay. Staff will get you taxis or excursions."
