"The staff was fine. Some people seemed very happy to help, most only communicated via nods. The best staff was at the cafe, they were always friendly. We wish the pool was open a bit later, the bar is staffed but the area near the pool was empty most nights. The evenings on the resort were surprisingly quiet, there’s almost no nightlife. "Would not recommend if you’re accessible. There are no elevators, no body helps you with your luggage’s. The bar staff are very friendly. Reception is rude, and need to be trained properly as each person said something different. "

"Overall, enjoyed my week at this hotel and would stay again. The rooms are nice, spacious and clean. Location is great and rates very reasonable. The breakfast buffet is reasonable but gets old quickly. Some of the staff could be friendlier, specifically the staff at the pool. I almost felt I was bothering them when I needed towels or ordering lunch which I did only once. The staff at front desk were great at check-in and when they ordered taxi for me."

"Overall, the check-in and room were great. The only thing is about the villas is that there’s only air condition in the bedrooms in that in the entire living space and you get charged for the usage. If you go over, thankfully we didn’t go over by too much also we thought that there was something a little off with the sheets as we have been breaking out on the first night so we asked if the sheets could be replaced and they were but we still were breaking out on our Skin. if you do not rent a car...

"Room was really spacy and nice, but there are fines for everything, beach towels, later check out, etc. The hotel is hard to find at first, there is no breakfast available, just a really pricy restaurant on the property, that however does not belong to the hotel. Beach is really nice and well maintained, pool and snorkeling outside on the coast is nice. Cleaning was spotless every day, parking was available. Supermarket is quite far from the property, it is good to have a rental car. "

"We stayed at the SUBI club level room and it was beautiful. These rooms are located slightly off the main area and are generally more quiet. We had a room with walk out patio and tranquility tub. Although beautiful we never used the patio and only used the tub once. I don't think I would go that route for our next trip. THERE WILL DEFINITELY be another trip in the future. WE loved it"

"Overall, it's in a great area close to all the other boutique hotels. It's in walking distance to everything. You don't have to get a vehicle unless you want to the food is also good on the property and the drinks are the only thing you need to know is that they do a $250 hold on your card and they don't take American Express or Discover card"
